About ME

Hi, I’m Stefanie, photographer and creative behind Todorov Studios.

Originally from New Zealand and now based in Amsterdam, I’ve spent the past ten years photographing people, stories and experiences across weddings, events portraits and creative projects.

My approach is rooted in connection and observation. I’m drawn to the moments that feel effortless and real. Movement, emotion, beautiful light, unexpected details and everything that happens in between. The result is imagery that feels cinematic yet natural , with a balance of candid storytelling and an editorial eye.

Through Todorov Studios, I work across both personal and commercial photography. From couples, weddings and intimate celebrations to events, brands and creative campaigns. Whatever I’m photographing, my intention remains the same: to understand the story, create an environment where people can feel like themselves, and make photographs that feel considered, distinctive and alive.

My style has evolved over the years, but my love for photography has always come back to the same thing: preserving a feeling. I want the photographs we create together to be more than something that simply looks beautiful. I want them to take you back to a moment, tell a story, or capture something true about who you are.

Based in Amsterdam and available for projects throughout the Netherlands and worldwide.
